TCG collectors struggle to track collections across games and variants
Trading-card collectors want to know what they own, what they still need, and which specific printings or variants are missing; sorting and keeping those lists current is tedious. The requests span several games, while collectors say their current databases or deck-building sites do not meet all their needs, especially outside Magic. Deck building is an adjacent need, but the stronger shared problem is organizing card collections and tracking set completion.
For trading-card collectors and casual TCG players. Mentioned from Dec 2024 to Jul 2025 on Bluesky.

Is there an app or website wherein you can catalogue your collection of MTG cards? Already having trouble keeping up with what I do and don’t have
I wish there was a way to check the exact rarities of ygo cards. Like a checklist type deal so I could check and be like "Oh I'm just missing the starlight rare of this art and this specific alt art
