Community members lack trustworthy local ICE-activity alerts

Community members and local organizers repeatedly ask for a shared way to learn about and report ICE activity in their area. They want timely local information, and some also want to document reported detentions or coordinate responses; the signals do not establish how accurate reports would be or whether an existing service already meets this need. Any useful service must manage unverified reports and avoid exposing affected people or encouraging dangerous confrontations.
